Tidak sedikit lulusan baru yang sudah mengirim banyak lamaran, tetapi belum juga mendapatkan panggilan wawancara. Bahkan, ada yang sudah sampai tahap interview, namun tetap gagal di tahap akhir. Situasi ini tentu membuat frustrasi dan menurunkan rasa percaya diri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Banyak yang mengira penolakan terjadi karena kurangnya pengalaman kerja. Padahal, tidak selalu demikian. Dalam banyak kasus, penolakan justru terjadi karena kesalahan-kesalahan yang sebenarnya bisa dihindari.
