Banyak mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan menjaga pola makan sehat karena padatnya jadwal kuliah, tugas, dan kegiatan lainnya. Namun, menjaga pola makan yang sehat sangat penting untuk mendukung kesehatan fisik dan mental.
