Belum lagi bagi kamu yang berstatus sebagai mahasiswa karyawan, tuntutan pekerjaan pun harus dihadapi di sela-sela kesibukan akademis. Berikut beberapa tantangan sebagai mahasiswa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Stres<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beban tugas dan tanggung jawab yang tinggi dapat memicu stres, yang jika tidak dikelola dengan baik dapat berakibat pada kecemasan, depresi, dan bahkan gangguan fisik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Kurang Tidur<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Demi menyelesaikan tugas dan memenuhi deadline, tak jarang mahasiswa mengorbankan waktu tidurnya.
